Bishop Auckland Rugby Union Football Club, West Mills Playing Fields, Bridge Road, Bishop Auckland, Durham, DL14 7PA Tel: 01388 602922 22 March adendum: Rally Weekend - I have recently been informed by the Manager of Bishop Auckland Rugby Club that on the Sunday (17th June) the Olympic Torch passes through Bishop Auckland very near to the rally site! If I receive any more information on timing and route, I will post it on the forum. As this is happening on the Sunday, hopefully it shouldn't disrupt our rally or ride-out but should add to the enjoyment of the weekend if you are able to stick around to see this! Lynne (Rally Co-ordinator). ,br> • Rally fee for the weekend £15 per person – covers Sat night 3 course meal, rally badge and entertainment. Camping is charged separately (see below). • One child per booking under 16 can attend without paying the rally fee, any additional children of any age must pay £15 each. Camping will be charged separately: • Tents £5 per night (sleeping up to 2 people), caravans/motorhomes £14 per night, no electric hook-ups. Hard standing for bikes. • Showers/24 hour toilets in clubhouse, additional showers hired in for the weekend. • Bar open from 11.00am to 1.00am the following morning Friday and Saturday! • Use of the Function Room with bar, stage and dance floor for the whole of our stay. • Concourse judging of bikes, headlight stickers given with welcome pack on arrival. • Saturday night Rock group. • Wi-Fi and internet access. • Nearby - Premier Inn 0871 527 8096, The Queens Head 01388 606679, Parkhead Country Hotel 01388 661727, Manor House 01388 834834, Auch House B&B 01388 835424, Eden Arms B&B 01388 835288.
